This policy covers personal information handled by Rglax Pharma through this website and through the business correspondence that follows an enquiry. We deal with businesses rather than consumers, so most of what we hold is work contact information rather than private personal data.

The enquiry form on this website does not send your details to a server of ours. When you submit it, the form assembles what you typed and opens your own email application with a message addressed to us. Nothing is stored on this website, and nothing reaches us until you press send in your email application.

Once you send that email, we receive it in our business mailbox and hold it as described below. If we ever replace this arrangement with a form that submits directly to a server, we will update this policy before the change goes live.

• Your name, company name, phone number and email address.
• The technical content of your enquiry, such as the product code, the active ingredient, your coating equipment and your batch size.
• Correspondence, quotations, purchase orders and invoices connected with a supply.
• Basic technical information that any web server records when a page is requested, such as the internet address of the request and the browser used. Our hosting provider holds this for security and reliability.

We use your information to answer your enquiry, to develop and quote a grade against your requirement, to supply and invoice material, to provide technical support during trials and scale-up, and to keep the records that tax law and drug law require us to keep.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your agreement.

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies of its own. The map on our contact page is served by Google, and Google may set its own cookies when that map loads. If you prefer not to load it, avoid the map section on the contact page or block third party content in your browser.

• Our transporters and couriers, who need a delivery address and a phone number.
• Our accountants and auditors, who need invoice records.
• Government departments and regulators, where the law requires disclosure.

We share only what each of them actually needs, and we do not transfer your information outside India except where an overseas customer or a regulator requires it.

Enquiries that do not lead to a supply are kept for up to three years, so that we can pick up an earlier technical discussion if you come back to us. Records connected with an actual supply, including invoices and batch documentation, are kept for the period required by tax law and by the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, which is longer.

Access to our mailbox and our business records is limited to the people who need it to do their work. Devices are password protected and our records are backed up. No system is completely secure, so we encourage you to avoid sending anything highly sensitive by ordinary email.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, ask us to delete information we no longer need, or withdraw your agreement to being contacted. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within thirty days. Where a record has to be retained under drug law or tax law, we will tell you and explain why.

This website is meant for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under eighteen.

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and the version published here is the one that applies.
