In these terms, the words we, us and our refer to Rglax Pharma, and the words you and your refer to the person or business using this website.

By browsing this website, downloading our product list or sending us an enquiry, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website. We may revise these terms at any time, and the version published here applies to your use of the site from the date it is posted.

The materials described here are excipients and coating systems supplied on a business to business basis to licensed manufacturers of solid dosage forms in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, ayurvedic and herbal industries. Nothing on this website is medical advice, a product intended for consumers or patients, or an offer to supply a finished medicine or supplement. We do not sell finished products to the public.

Product codes, applications, finishes and application parameters published on this website are indicative and are given in good faith to help you plan trials. They are not a specification and they do not form part of any contract unless we confirm them in writing for a named product and batch.

Coating behaviour depends on your tablet core, your active ingredient, your equipment, your batch size and your process conditions. You remain responsible for qualifying every grade in your own facility, for fixing final process parameters and for carrying out the stability, dissolution and release testing your product and your regulatory filings require.

• An enquiry sent through this website is a request for information and is not an order.
• Our quotations are invitations to place an order and remain valid for the period stated on the quotation. Where no period is stated, a quotation is valid for thirty days.
• A contract is formed only when we accept your purchase order in writing. Your standard purchase terms do not apply unless we have agreed to them in writing.
• Prices are exclusive of GST, freight, insurance and any other statutory levy, unless the quotation says otherwise.

Trial and sample quantities are supplied so that you can evaluate a grade. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, samples are supplied for evaluation only, are not for commercial sale, and carry no warranty beyond the accompanying test report.

Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith. Please inspect every consignment on receipt. Any claim for shortage, damage in transit or visible non conformity must reach us in writing within seven days of delivery, with the batch number and a copy of the transport document, so that we can investigate while the evidence is available.

You confirm that you hold the licences required to purchase, store and use excipients, and that you will use our materials only for lawful manufacturing under the framework that governs your product. For pharmaceutical customers that is the Drugs and Cosmetics Act 1940 and the rules made under it. For ayurvedic, siddha and unani manufacturers it includes Schedule T. For nutraceutical and health supplement customers it is the Food Safety and Standards Act 2006 and the regulations made under it. Responsibility for the safety, labelling and regulatory approval of your finished product rests with you in every case.

The Rglax and Rglax Coat names, our logo, our product codes, the text on this website and the images of coated tablets shown here belong to Rglax Pharma and are protected by law. You may download and print our product list for the internal purposes of evaluating and buying our materials. You may not otherwise copy, republish or use our content commercially without our written permission.

Where you share a tablet sample, a core composition, a shade reference or any other technical information with us for the purpose of developing a grade, we will treat it as confidential and use it only for that purpose. Where either party needs stronger protection, we are happy to sign a non disclosure agreement before technical exchange begins.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Subject to that, our total liability arising out of any supply is limited to the invoice value of the material giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for loss of production, loss of profit, loss of batch, recall cost or any indirect or consequential loss. This website is provided as it stands, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of error.

This website contains a map supplied by Google and may contain links to other websites. We do not control those services and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, fire, flood, epidemic, strike, transport failure, power failure, shortage of raw material or an act of government.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Una, Himachal Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
